Hi, I’m Luca.

I’ve spent the last eight years in property, and I’ve been lucky enough to work every part of it — sourcing the deals, running the legal process, arranging mortgages, managing tenanted properties and optimising portfolios once they’re up and running. That end-to-end grounding is the backbone of how BlackRidge works today: when I tell you what happens next, it’s because I’ve done it myself.

I started at a local firm in my home town of Manchester, selling to UK residents — learning the market street by street. From there I worked my way up to global markets, helping investors from the US, Africa, the GCC and beyond buy UK property with confidence. In 2023 I moved to Dubai, and I’ve worked across the Dubai and UK markets ever since.

Joined a local firm in my home town, selling property to UK residents and learning the fundamentals on the ground.

Going global

Worked my way up to international markets — guiding investors from the US, Africa and the GCC into UK property.

Relocated to Dubai to be closer to my international clients, working across the Dubai and UK markets.

Most investors lose months chasing listings, second-guessing the numbers and trying to read areas they’ve never set foot in. We do that work instead: sourcing on and off market, stress-testing the figures, and only bringing forward the opportunities that genuinely hold up.

We’d rather lose a deal than sell you a bad one. That’s the whole business.

Our fee is paid by the developer or selling agent, never by you — so what you pay for a property is what you’d pay going direct, and we’ve no hidden reason to steer you toward one deal over another. Our incentive is the same as yours: get it right, so you come back for the next one.
